Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Information System Specialist to join our team at TransPerfect. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will play a critical role in driving business success by providing comprehensive global reports, dashboards, and insights that enable informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve HRIS queries, addressing issues related to data integrity, report generation, and system functionality.
  • Review data input and reporting outputs for accuracy and ensure legal compliance.
  • Assist with mass updates on Workday for employee data changes, including conducting necessary audits and verifications.
  • Lead multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, prioritize decisions and tasks effectively, and excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Requirements:

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Attention to detail; problem-solving competencies are vital.
  • Thorough understanding of HRIS Report Writing within Workday preferred.
  • Previous hands-on experience working with Workday (HCM, Reporting, Absence, & Time Tracking preferred).
  • Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, time-management, and communication skills.
  • Possess and maintains a positive and inquisitive attitude with excellent follow-through on issues.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
  • Must be able to work independently.

Education and Experience:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree or its equivalent.
  • 2 years+ in an HRIS role with in-depth experience with report writing.
  • Experience with Workday preferred.
