Regional Quality Assurance Nurse

In this challenging role, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team to improve the clinical governance and quality of care for residents in eight care homes across the South West. As a Regional Quality Assurance Nurse, you will be responsible for supporting the performance of each home, reviewing clinical governance databases, and identifying practical strategies to ensure regulations are met.
Main Duties- Support the performance of each home to meet the highest clinical standards.
- Analyse results from clinical governance databases and KPIs every month to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with regional directors and senior clinical staff to implement key actions to address any issues that arise.

Person SpecificationThe ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of current regulatory requirements, experience working in a care home environment, and excellent leadership skills.
Compensation PackageThe estimated salary for this role is £50,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive rewards package, including company car, mobile phone, and laptop, as well as free learning and development opportunities.
