Executive Quality Assurance Director

Care Concern Group, a leading family-owned care provider in the UK, is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance and Compliance Manager to join their team in South West England.
With a strong commitment to excellence, this role offers a unique opportunity to lead quality improvements across multiple care homes. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and managing quality and performance frameworks, driving continuous improvements, and ensuring compliance with Care Quality Commission (CQC) regulations and standards.
Salary: £63,000 per annum, plus a comprehensive benefits package including pension, generous holiday allowance, laptop, and mobile phone.
About the Role- Conduct induction sessions on the quality strategy framework and chair follow-up assurance meetings.
- Provide expert guidance and support to management teams to achieve regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and review quality assurance systems and processes.
- Deliver training sessions to enhance service outcomes.
- Ensure up-to-date policies and procedures are in place, reflecting current legislation and best practices.
- Develop audit tools to assess services against relevant legislation and guidelines.
- Conduct audits and prepare reports with recommendations for improvement.
- Provide ongoing guidance to management teams on achieving service objectives.
- Conduct progress review meetings to monitor improvements and escalate concerns to senior management.
- Maintain knowledge of nationally recognized guidance and standards, introducing new practices as needed.
