Senior Quality Manager - South West England

We are seeking a passionate and results-oriented Quality Manager to lead quality improvements across our care homes in South West England.

This exciting opportunity involves implementing and managing quality and performance frameworks, driving continuous improvements, and ensuring compliance with Care Quality Commission (CQC) regulations and standards.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Conducting inductions to the quality strategy framework and chairing follow-up assurance meetings.
  • Providing advice, support, and guidance to management teams to achieve and maintain regulatory compliance.
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to develop quality assurance systems and processes.
  • Delivering development sessions to support and improve service outcomes.
  • Ensuring up-to-date policies and procedures are in place.
  • Developing audit and self-assessment tools to assess services against relevant legislation and best practice guidance.
  • Conducting audits and preparing written reports with recommendations to improve safety and quality.
  • Providing continued guidance to management teams on achieving service aims and objectives.
  • Maintaining a sound knowledge of relevant nationally recognised guidance and standards.
  • Leading and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders on project launches and implementations.
  • Embedding and promoting company values in all quality activities.
