Salary Information

This role offers a competitive salary of £38,890 - £48,050 per annum, depending on experience. This includes a higher banding payment for SEN qualifications.

Key Responsibilities

* Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care to patients with complex needs
* Assess patients' physical, emotional, and cognitive abilities to identify areas for improvement
* Develop and implement individualized care plans that address patients' specific needs
* Provide expert guidance and supervision to colleagues to ensure consistent high-quality care

Essential Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

* A Diploma or degree in Occupational Therapy
* Significant experience working with people with complex needs and additional sensory/health needs
* Experience in applying Occupational Therapy models to service users with complex needs
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
