We are seeking a highly motivated and clinically-experienced registered clinician to join our newly established Learning Disability and Autism (LDA) Outreach Team at TMPW for NHS Health Education England (South West).

The successful candidate will work collaboratively with other LDA Outreach colleagues, community learning disability and autism colleagues, and colleagues from 'The Brook' inpatient unit. They will prioritize and manage their workload while providing excellent safeguarding, Mental Health Act, and Mental Capacity Act knowledge.

This is a Band 7 role that requires advanced clinical leadership skills, extensive clinical knowledge, and the ability to work autonomously as well as part of a multiprofessional team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate effective clinical leadership and practice to the highest evidence-based standards.

Key responsibilities include assessing, planning, and delivering complex care packages to vulnerable service users across Devon and those discharged from The Brook. The salary for this role is £46,148.00-£52,809.00 per year, with a relocation package available as part of this offer. If you have the required skills and experience, we encourage you to apply.
