Net Zero Consultant

This is an exciting opportunity to join EQ Search as a Net Zero Consultant - Business Development, where you will play a key role in growing and delivering services into new domain areas for the business.
Key Responsibilities- Secure and maintain new clients in your domain area
- Deliver client net-zero requirements
- Develop commercial proposals
- Manage and build relationships with existing clients
- Cross-sell and up-sell existing company accounts
- Develop sector sales strategies
- Manage commercial deliverables and projects
- Operate day-to-day project management
- Navigate industry networks
- Degree (or equivalent) in a relevant area demonstrating qualitative and quantitative skills
- Significant experience in new business development with clients and managing/growing accounts
- Experience delivering net zero, sustainability, scope 3 projects
- Track record in developing strong networks within a target sector
- Manage bids and bid teams and deliver proposals to deadlines
- Engage successfully with senior stakeholders in client businesses
- Lead, facilitate, and present at workshops, seminars, and conferences
- Manage projects/programmes, project teams, and deliver to deadlines
- High level of competence in the use of IT, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Member of a professional institution, i.e., IEMA, EI, etc.; Project Management qualification, i.e., APMP
- Language skills in particular German, Spanish, Italian, and Portuguese
- Willingness to occasionally travel nationally and internationally
