About the Role

We are seeking an experienced EHS Manager to join our team at Alstom, a leading global provider of transportation solutions. As an EHS Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of our employees, contractors, and customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement EHS policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations for mitigating hazards and improving safety.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address EHS concerns and opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on EHS procedures and best practices.
  • Investigate incidents and near-misses to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
Requirements
  • NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent qualification in EHS.
  • Experience in a similar role, preferably in the transportation or manufacturing industry.
  • Strong knowledge of EHS regulations and industry standards, including ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze data and identify trends to inform EHS decision-making.
