About the Role

Alstom is seeking an experienced EHS Manager to join our team in the UK and Ireland. As an EHS Manager, you will be responsible for providing leadership and guidance on environmental, health, and safety matters across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement EHS policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations for mitigating hazards and improving safety.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address EHS issues and opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on EHS procedures and best practices.
  • Monitor and report on EHS performance metrics and trends.

Requirements

  • NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent qualification in EHS.
  • Proven experience in EHS management, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong knowledge of EHS regulations and standards, including ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
