Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement EHS policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations for mitigating hazards and improving safety.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address EHS concerns and opportunities for improvement.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on EHS procedures and best practices.
- Investigate incidents and near-misses to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
- NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent qualification in EHS.
- Experience in a similar EHS role, preferably in the rail industry.
- Strong knowledge of EHS regulations and industry standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
