EHS Manager Position

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced EHS Manager to join our team at Alstom. As a key member of our EHS Services team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and support to ensure the delivery of safe and healthy environments for our people and contractors.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide input to EHS Policy and ensure its effective communication and implementation across the organization.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve EHS standards and ensure compliance with UK regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including Country Managers, to achieve sustainable EHS excellence.
- Monitor progress against EHS objectives and communicate effectively with the team.
- Stay up-to-date with new and changing UK EHS regulations and industry standards.
About You
We value passion and attitude over experience. To succeed in this role, you will need:
- NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent.
- Good knowledge of Construction and CDM Regulations.
- Experience of working with ISO14001 and ISO45001.
- Working knowledge of Railway specific standards and Health and Safety legislation.
