About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled UK Sales Lead to join our Glanbia Performance Nutrition team. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and market share in the UK, while contributing to the development of our commercial strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives, working closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders, promoting Glanbia's products and services.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity, identifying opportunities for growth and differentiation.
  • Provide regular reporting and insights to inform business decisions and drive performance improvement.

The Ideal Candidate

  1. Proven track record of success in sales leadership, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role.
  2. Strong commercial acumen, with a deep understanding of the FMCG industry and its trends.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and external partners.
  4. Ambitious and driven, with a passion for achieving results and exceeding targets.
