Job Description

Sales Director UK is responsible for leading a high-performing sales team, developing and executing strategic sales initiatives, and cultivating strong relationships with key clients. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth by leveraging your exceptional sales acumen and ability to foster collaboration between sales, marketing, and product teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop a sales department strategy aligned with company goals, working closely with the UK Country Leader and the leadership team.
  2. Cultivate strong relationships with key clients through close work with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and drive overall customer experience.
  3. Lead the sales team, supporting employee performance as it relates to sales goals, providing feedback, identifying training needs, and offering support where needed.

As a seasoned sales executive, you will have a minimum of 10 years experience in enterprise software sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within the HCM, HR Tech, SaaS industry. You will demonstrate success in leading sales teams and achieving revenue goals in a competitive market place.
