Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a tight-knit team of night staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Run end-of-day reports to ensure seamless operational continuity across all departments.
  • Compile and analyze data using Excel spreadsheets to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a night hotel management role, preferably at a supervisory level or higher.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High-quality phone etiquette.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
  • Knowledge of Opera Cloud or previous Opera versions is a plus.
  • General bar knowledge, barista experience, and basic cocktail experience are welcome.
