About Our Client:

A leading charity dedicated to reducing knife crime and youth violence is looking for a Director of Development and Partnerships to join their team. The charity is committed to making a tangible difference for young people and is passionate about developing their staff.

Job Description:

The Director of Development and Partnerships will lead on a diverse portfolio of fundraising streams, including corporate partnerships, major donor and trusts and foundations fundraising, and event management.

Key Requirements:

  • Significant experience in fundraising, ideally within the charity sector.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and develop effective fundraising plans.

What We Offer:

This is a full-time role working remotely or in a hybrid setup. The charity offers 27 days of annual leave (plus 8 bank holidays) and an annual training and development budget.
