**About the Role:**
We are seeking a proactive and organized Facilities Assistant to join our team at Medlock Partners, a top national law firm. This is an exceptional opportunity for someone looking to make a positive impact within a professional and dynamic environment.
The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring a high-quality service across a variety of responsibilities, including managing and distributing post efficiently, setting up meeting rooms and equipment, and assisting staff and partners with any facilities-related queries.
In this hands-on role, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in facilities management, working closely with colleagues to maintain accurate records and ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Managing and distributing post efficiently and accurately
- Setting up meeting rooms and equipment for seminars and events
- Assisting staff and partners with any facilities-related queries
- Ensuring high-quality scanning of documents and materials
- Maintaining accurate records across the firm's systems
**Requirements:**
- Experience in a similar facilities role, preferably within professional services
- Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail
- IT literacy and a willingness to learn new skills
- Effective communication skills for working with a range of stakeholders
Salary: £23,920 per annum, plus benefits
