Kings Recruitment Consultants is seeking an experienced Office Host Coordinator to join their team on a temporary basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a reputable company in the heart of London, providing exceptional customer service to clients.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3-4 years previous experience and be available to start immediately.

  • Host clients and visitors, answering and directing calls as necessary
  • Supervise the client suite team to ensure a high level of service is maintained
  • Carry out daily checks on meeting rooms and visitor offices
  • Arrange meetings and conferences, setting up rooms and equipment
  • Handle client/visitor issues promptly and professionally
  • Update the Event Management System with room and profile information

Requirements:

  • Proven corporate reception management experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Based on industry standards, the estimated salary for this role is £40,000 - £50,000 per annum.
