Office Host Coordinator

Kings Recruitment Consultants is seeking an experienced Office Host Coordinator to join their team on a temporary basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a reputable company in the heart of London, providing exceptional customer service to clients.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3-4 years previous experience and be available to start immediately.
- Host clients and visitors, answering and directing calls as necessary
- Supervise the client suite team to ensure a high level of service is maintained
- Carry out daily checks on meeting rooms and visitor offices
- Arrange meetings and conferences, setting up rooms and equipment
- Handle client/visitor issues promptly and professionally
- Update the Event Management System with room and profile information
Requirements:
- Proven corporate reception management experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Based on industry standards, the estimated salary for this role is £40,000 - £50,000 per annum.
