About the Role:

This role is ideal for a motivated and experienced individual who is passionate about delivering high-quality patient care in a secure and dynamic environment. The successful candidate will have a strong background in nursing and experience of working in secure environments or an interest to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To support the delivery of an effective integrated healthcare service clinical model.
  • To support the development, implementation, and maintenance of the National Standards for Health Care in Prisons for the service.
  • Ensure all clinics and consultations are delivered in a clinically effective and timely way, in line with service needs.

Requirements:

  • A Registered NMC Qualification (or due to qualify within 3 months).
  • Experience of setting and monitoring standards of care.
  • Can demonstrate knowledge around secure/prison environments or an interest to learn.
