Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience



About the Role:



This role is home/field-based covering the Midlands - Southwest England territory, where you will build strong relationships with existing customers, use sales skills to persuade and influence, and seek out new customers to develop sales across our product portfolio.



Key Responsibilities:




  • Deliver growth in key metrics by identifying customers, markets, and product applications, and managing sales activities within the geographical area.
  • Deliver quality customer communication and frequent engagement through monthly call cycles, training sessions, and CPD presentations.
  • Provide professional technical advice and support, services, site surveys, and training to improve market share.
  • Collaborate with industry partners and colleagues to deliver detailed project tracking.
  • Main customer interface for order intake, processing, and logistics.


About You:



The ideal candidate has a proven track record in the building industry, with a keen commercial awareness and ability to build strong relationships. You should have a minimum of 3 years of sector-specific experience and formal Sales or Technical training.
