About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce DevOps Engineer to join our team at Aviva plc. As a key member of our Salesforce Delivery team, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing Salesforce capabilities across various business areas.

As a DevOps professional with a background in Salesforce, you will be responsible for helping us improve our processes and workflows, ensuring seamless collaboration across different business projects. Your expertise in Azure DevOps services, including Azure Pipelines and Azure Repos, will be instrumental in driving our agile software development approach.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Design and implement Salesforce development tools, such as Salesforce CLI, Git, and Azure YAML pipelines.
  2. Develop and maintain Azure DevOps pipelines and repositories, ensuring efficient and scalable infrastructure.
  3. Script automation tasks and infrastructure management using PowerShell, Python, or Bash.
  4. Monitor and log Salesforce applications and Azure DevOps pipelines using tools like Azure Monitor, Application Insights, and Log Analytics.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive agile delivery, version control, and change management.
