About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce DevOps Engineer to join our team at Aviva. As a key member of our Salesforce Delivery team, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing Salesforce capabilities across various business areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement efficient Salesforce development processes using tools such as Salesforce CLI, Git, and Azure YAML pipelines.
  • Collaborate with project teams to improve agile software development practices and ensure seamless integration with Azure DevOps services.
  • Develop and maintain monitoring and logging tools to track the health, performance, and availability of Salesforce applications and Azure DevOps pipelines.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to team members on Agile delivery, version control, and change management disciplines.
Requirements
  • Proven experience with Salesforce development tools and Azure DevOps services.
  • Strong knowledge of scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, or Bash for automation tasks and infrastructure management.
  • Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools, including Azure Monitor, Application Insights, and Log Analytics.
  • Excellent communication and coaching skills, with the ability to mentor team members.

  • Circa £50,000 - £60,000 salary, depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications.
