Job Title: Head of Group Operations

Location: Peterborough Head Office and Midlands Offices

Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 (dependent on experience) + Annual Bonus


About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Head of Group Operations to join our senior leadership team. As a dynamic and rapidly growing company in the B2B telecoms and IT services sector, we are looking for a strategic thinker who can oversee daily operations, ensure efficiency, and align business processes with our ambitious growth targets.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to support growth objectives.
  • Streamline processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Set performance goals in collaboration with the leadership team and monitor progress.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing operations team.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Oversee the integration of acquired businesses, ensuring smooth transitions.


Requirements
  • Proven experience as an Operations Director or similar leadership role, ideally within the telecoms or IT managed services industry.
  • Strong business acumen with experience managing significant growth and change.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a strong ability to execute plans.
  • A degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
