Location: Flexible, with regular travel to UK office locations

Job Type: Permanent

Reports to: Chief Operating Officer

Job Purpose:

The Mobile Operations Director will lead the UK's mobile patrol, Key Holding, and Vacant property business, driving growth and strategic thinking. This role requires close communication with the Mobile Team, Control Room Manager, Operations Managers, Sales Director, Marketing team, and Clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Mobile Business Unit, ensuring smooth operations and growth
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and profitability
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional client service
  • Manage and develop the Mobile Team, ensuring high performance and engagement
  • Monitor and analyze business performance, identifying areas for improvement
