Job Title: Director of Resource Mobilization and Partnerships

Save the Children is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Resource Mobilization and Partnerships to lead our efforts in securing funding and building strategic partnerships to support our programs in Ukraine.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive resource mobilization strategy to secure funding from institutional donors, corporate partners, and other sources.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including donors, partners, and government officials.
  • Lead the development of high-quality proposals and concept notes to secure funding for our programs.
  • Manage and coordinate the resource mobilization team to ensure effective and efficient delivery of our fundraising goals.
  • Collaborate with program teams to ensure that our resource mobilization efforts are aligned with our program strategies and goals.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the funding landscape in Ukraine and identify new opportunities for resource mobilization.
  • Represent Save the Children in external forums and meetings to promote our work and build partnerships.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in a relevant field, such as international development, business, or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in resource mobilization, fundraising, and partnerships, with a strong track record of securing funding from institutional donors and corporate partners.
  • Proven experience in leading and managing teams, with a strong ability to motivate and develop staff.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make informed decisions.
  • Fluency in English and Ukrainian, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
