We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mobile Operations Director to lead our Mobile Patrol business unit. As a key member of our Executive team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring exceptional customer service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Growth: Develop and implement strategies to grow the Mobile Patrol business unit, identifying new opportunities and improving existing processes to increase revenue and profitability.
- Operational Excellence: Lead the Mobile Team to deliver high-quality services, ensuring that all processes are followed, and performance levels are monitored and managed.
- Customer Service: Ensure that all clients receive exceptional service delivery, responding promptly to their needs and resolving any issues efficiently.
- Team Management: Manage and develop the Mobile Team, providing coaching, training, and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to excel in their roles.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve business processes and implement changes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with sub-contractors, ensuring that they are aligned with our business objectives and delivering high-quality services.
- Reporting and Communication: Provide regular reports to the Chief Operating Officer and other stakeholders, ensuring that they are informed of business performance and any issues that require attention.
Requirements:
- Experience: Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of business growth and operational excellence.
- Skills: Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Knowledge: Strong knowledge of business operations, customer service, and process improvement.
- Qualifications: SIA License and DBS check, with a UK driving license and less than six current points.
