We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mobile Operations Director to lead our Mobile Patrol business unit. As a key member of our Executive team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, improving efficiency, and ensuring exceptional service delivery to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Mobile Patrol business unit, driving growth and improving efficiency
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Manage and monitor performance levels, ensuring all staff are fully trained and improving
  • Implement a safety culture within the driving team and ensure all vehicles are fitted with appropriate tracking and safety solutions
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with sub-contractors and clients
  • Design, introduce, and implement new service initiatives to drive business growth
  • Ensure all processes are followed by Mobile staff, and identify opportunities to improve business processes
Requirements:
  • SIA License and DBS check
  • Mobile patrol experience is essential for this role
  • UK driving licence with less than six current points
  • Exceptional attendance and strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure
  • Knowledge of computer programs (MS Office)
