Main Responsibilities:

  1. Food and Beverage Service: Ensure that our guests receive exceptional service, quality food, and drink in a relaxed atmosphere.
  2. Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of hospitality professionals to achieve high standards of service and performance.
  3. Revenue Growth: Maximise revenue generated through effective selling techniques and good control procedures.

  • Knowledge: Strong knowledge of food and beverage service, hospitality management, and customer experience.
