Restaurant Kitchen Supervisor

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Junior Kitchen Manager to join our Restaurant Department in Bognor Regis. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for supporting the Senior Kitchen Manager in the day-to-day running of the kitchen and leading a team of up to 10.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Senior Kitchen Manager in the management of the kitchen and team
- Lead a team of up to 10 to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Monitor and develop action plans to improve guest satisfaction and experience
- Ensure compliance with food hygiene standards and health and safety legislation
- Support across other kitchens within the restaurant department
- Develop and implement training schedules and performance development plans for the team
About You
We're looking for individuals with experience in a similar level role who are passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences. You should be a hard-working and determined individual who is reliable, enthusiastic, and fun-loving. You will need to have a Level 3 Food Safety qualification and be confident in leading a team to deliver high standards in a fast-paced and busy kitchen environment.
What We Offer
