Restaurant Junior Kitchen Manager

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Junior Kitchen Manager to join our Restaurant Department in Bognor Regis. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for supporting the Senior Kitchen Manager in the day-to-day running of the kitchen, leading a team of up to 10, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities- Support the Senior Kitchen Manager in the day-to-day running of the kitchen
- Lead a team of up to 10 and ensure exceptional guest experiences
- Monitor and develop action plans to improve guest experience and food quality
- Support in the accountability of food hygiene standards and health and safety
- Support across other kitchens within the restaurant department
We offer a unique opportunity to work in a kitchen environment without split shifts, a 40-hour working week, and a variety of shifts available between 7am-10pm. You will also be part of a bonus scheme and have the opportunity to work with a fun and enthusiastic team.
