Restaurant Junior Kitchen Manager

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Junior Kitchen Manager to join our Restaurant Department in Bognor Regis. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for supporting the Senior Kitchen Manager in the day-to-day running of the kitchen and leading a team of up to 10.
Our guests are at the heart of everything we do, and you will ensure that their experience is consistently exceptional by making operational decisions that prioritize their satisfaction. You will be passionate about delivering exceptional service and will monitor guest feedback to develop action plans to drive continuous improvement.
You will also be responsible for maintaining high standards of food hygiene and health and safety, in line with legislation and company policies. Additionally, you may be required to support across other kitchens within the restaurant department.

We are looking for candidates who have passed their Level 3 Food Safety qualification and are confident in leading a team to deliver high standards in a fast-paced and busy kitchen environment. You will also be responsible for managing margins and controlling costs, as well as all things health, safety, and hygiene related.
