About The Role
We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Junior Kitchen Manager to join our Restaurant Department in Bognor Regis. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will support the Senior Kitchen Manager in leading a team of up to 10 and contribute to the smooth operation of the kitchen.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Senior Kitchen Manager in leading the kitchen team and ensuring the delivery of exceptional guest experiences.
- Monitor and maintain high standards of food hygiene, health and safety, and legislative compliance.
- Develop and implement action plans to improve operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.
- Support the development of team members through training and performance development plans.
- Collaborate with other kitchen teams within the restaurant department to achieve shared goals.

We're looking for individuals with experience in a similar level role, who are passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences and leading high-performing teams. You should be a hard worker, determined, and reliable, with a strong focus on getting things done. You should also be energetic, enthusiastic, and fun-loving, with a keen interest in ensuring our guests have a great time, every time.
