Restaurant Kitchen Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Junior Kitchen Manager to join our Restaurant Department in Bognor Regis. As a key member of the kitchen team, you will support the Senior Kitchen Manager in leading a team of up to 10 and contribute to the smooth operation of the kitchen.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Senior Kitchen Manager in leading the kitchen team and ensuring the delivery of high-quality food and excellent customer service.
- Assist in the management of kitchen operations, including inventory management, stock control, and food safety procedures.
- Develop and implement effective systems and processes to improve kitchen efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain a positive working relationship with colleagues.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of new menu ideas and promotions.
- Previous experience in a kitchen management role or similar environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain a calm and professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of food safety procedures and HACCP protocols.
