Cafe Supervisor

_During the daytime, Strawberry Tree is a friendly café and cookery school offering light tapas lunches, great coffee, cakes, a small retail corner, cookery classes and more._

Part-time. 20-25 hrs per week - Monday, Thurs, Fri & Sat. 10am - 3pm.

**We value work ethic and attitude more than work experience**. If you enjoy hospitality, engaging with people, have attention to detail and are looking to learn, then we will train you across all the front-of-house aspects of our business, encompassing a café-restaurant, cookery school, shop and events.

Your responsibilities would include managing the café floor (hot/cold drinks, lunches, snacks, cakes); customer interactions; the daily operation of the café & shop; health and safety records; stock levels and daily ordering; reservations, and everything else that goes into the smooth running of a café /shop operation and supporting the evening restaurant business.

Working days / hours: Monday, Thurs, Fri & Sat. 10am - 3.30pm. (Additional evening shifts also available ad hoc if desired).
