About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Customer Success Manager to join our team based in London. The successful candidate will develop and execute a service framework that delivers exceptional customer experiences across events and networks, while managing a team responsible for executing the plan that drives high customer satisfaction and retention.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the Member Relations and Customer Services teams to combine customer goals with business objectives, creating a cohesive data-led and customer-informed process.
  • Leading the Membership and Events Services Team from building out the department to developing it for scalable and sustained growth, optimizing people, processes, and strategies in a customer-first manner.

The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, expert-level project management knowledge, and advanced business experience, with the ability to create strategies, guidelines, and objectives, and implement them while driving business growth and creating data-driven reports.
