We are seeking Care Support Assistants to join our team at North Yorkshire County Council. As a Care Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and support to our clients. You will work in a fast-paced environment, providing emotional and practical support to individuals in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver person-centred care and support to clients in their own homes
- Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care and household chores
- Provide emotional support and companionship to clients
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
- Previous experience in a care setting (desirable)
- Full current driving licence and access to a vehicle
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Competitive hourly rate
