Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Service Reception Manager to join our Volkswagen dealership in Milton Keynes. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and leading a team of Service Advisors to deliver outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day guidance and direction to a team of Service Advisors
- Ensure the highest level of customer care and satisfaction are delivered at all times
- Identify areas of improvement for the service reception department to improve performance and customer satisfaction
- Plan ahead and manage time effectively to ensure all tasks are achieved
- Develop and maintain professional working relationships with all customers, dealership colleagues, suppliers, and external representatives
Requirements:
- Ideal experience in a similar role within a vehicle dealership
- Ability to remain professional, calm, and positive at all times
- Approach tasks eagerly and cooperate fully when requested
- Proactive mindset
- Positive, can-do attitude
- Outstanding organization and time management skills with the ability to work to deadlines
