Take Charge as a Sales Strategy Lead at SmartPro

We are looking for a seasoned Sales Strategy Lead to spearhead our sales efforts and drive revenue growth. As a critical member of our team, you will develop and execute sales strategies, manage the sales pipeline, and build strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and achieve business objectives.
  2. Manage the sales pipeline, ensuring timely updates and accurate forecasting.
  3. Nurture existing client relationships and identify new business opportunities.
  4. Present tailored proposals to prospective clients and collaborate with internal departments.
  5. Drive repeat business by building strong relationships with clients.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in a technical or manufacturing sector.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage clients and inspire teams.
  • Self-motivated, highly organized, and capable of working autonomously.
  • Customer-focused with a passion for achieving and exceeding targets.
