Sales Strategy Lead

We are looking for a seasoned Sales Strategy Lead to spearhead our sales efforts and drive revenue growth. As a critical member of our team, you will develop and execute sales strategies, manage the sales pipeline, and build strong relationships with clients.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and achieve business objectives.
- Manage the sales pipeline, ensuring timely updates and accurate forecasting.
- Nurture existing client relationships and identify new business opportunities.
- Present tailored proposals to prospective clients and collaborate with internal departments.
- Drive repeat business by building strong relationships with clients.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in a technical or manufacturing sector.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage clients and inspire teams.
- Self-motivated, highly organized, and capable of working autonomously.
- Customer-focused with a passion for achieving and exceeding targets.
