About the Role

We are seeking an experienced sales leader who can develop and execute a commercial strategy that aligns with our company goals. As Head of Sales and Strategy, you will be responsible for building and managing a high-performing sales team, identifying new business opportunities, and negotiating contracts with customers.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Building and leading a high-performing sales team
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
  • Managing contracts and negotiations with customers

You will work closely with our product development team to ensure that our products meet customer needs and expectations. You will also collaborate with other departments to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.

This is a full-time position based in Bristol, UK, with flexible working hours and a competitive salary of £90,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
