About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Cancer Department Manager to join our team at North Middlesex University Hospital NHS Trust. As a key member of our operational management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective delivery of services within the cancer department.

You will work closely with the cancer management team and Clinical Lead for Cancer to coordinate and manage agreed national and local performance patient-related targets. This includes managing the cancer department administrative teams, including deputy managers, MDT coordinators, and other senior administrative staff in partnership with the Cancer Data Manager.

A competitive salary of £65,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, is offered for this role. In addition, you can expect a range of benefits, including a generous pension scheme, flexible working arrangements, and opportunities for professional development.
