Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Cancer Department Lead to join our team at North Middlesex University Hospital NHS Trust. As a key leader, you will drive operational performance and service delivery excellence in the Cancer Department.

About the Role:

You will work closely with the Cancer Data Manager, supporting the analysis of data and production of reports. Your expertise in service improvements and project management will be invaluable in driving change and enhancing patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic leadership to the Cancer Department, aligning with Trust objectives.
  • Manage administrative staff, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement policies and procedures.
  • Support the education of staff, encouraging learning from complaints and improving practice.

Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
