Job Description
We are seeking a Clinical Research Fellow to join our team at Barts Cancer Institute, Queen Mary University London. As a Clinical Research Fellow, you will play a key role in undertaking an innovative project to improve decision-making in cancer care across North East London.

Key Objectives
* Reduce treatment variation in cancer care
* Streamline cancer Multidisciplinary Team (MDT) processes
* Embed predictive tools in clinical practice

Responsibilities
* Conduct clinical research and implement projects to achieve key objectives
* Collaborate with key stakeholders, including primary and secondary care providers, community groups, charities, and research teams
* Present research findings and publish in peer-reviewed journals

Requirements
* Medical degree from a recognized institution
* GMC registration
* Minimum of 2 years of core surgical training, radiology training, or histopathology training
* Experience in project management, data collection, and statistical analysis
* Ability to communicate well and work within a team
