This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to join the Cancer Performance team at Imperial College Healthcare as a Cancer MDT Process Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating the creation and smooth running of weekly tumour specific multidisciplinary meetings (MDTs). Your responsibilities will include attending and real-time typing of MDT outcomes during meetings, managing patient progression through diagnostic and treatment pathways to meet National Cancer Waiting Times targets, and ensuring each patient has a complete and informative tracking record on the cancer database. In addition, you will be required to enter accurate cancer data on cancer databases, draft breach reports, and work flexibly to meet the needs of the service and travel to other hospital sites as needed.
