About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and ambitious Growth Director to join our team at Beagle Talent. As a key member of our Senior Leadership Team, you will be responsible for driving new revenue growth and taking full ownership of our business development strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to drive revenue growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and partners
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your expertise and network
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to our sales team to ensure they are equipped to meet their targets
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in business development or marketing, with a strong commercial focus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make informed decisions
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership
  • Passion for the digital industry and a desire to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments
