Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated Event Expense Administrator to join our team at ExCeL London. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing financial administrative support, including managing the purchase ledger, overseeing the stock take process, and preparing cost reports.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, with experience in the catering industry an advantage. You will be proficient in financial software and Microsoft Excel, with excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret financial data.

About the Position
  • Manage the purchase ledger, including processing invoices and ensuring accurate financial records.
  • Oversee the stock take process, ensuring accurate inventory levels and minimizing stock discrepancies.
  • Prepare cost reports, providing valuable insights into financial performance and areas for improvement.

Salary Range: £35,000 - £43,000 per annum
