**ISP ROLE Key Responsibilities**
- ** Travel Coordination**:

- Arrange domestic and international flights for employees, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to travel policies.
- Coordinate hotel accommodations, transportation, and travel itineraries.
- Manage travel documentation and expenses, providing detailed reports to facilitate accounting processes.
- ** Event Planning and Coordination**:

- Organize and execute small office social events in collaboration with the Social Committee, including team-building activities, celebrations, and other gatherings.
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to determine event objectives, themes, and logistics.
- Assistance in the handling of venue selection, catering, and other event-related arrangements.
- ** Logistics Management**:

- Maintain an organized system for tracking travel schedules, accommodations, and event details.
- Communicate effectively with employees and external vendors to ensure smooth execution of travel plans and events.
- Proactively address and resolve any issues that may arise during travel or events.
- ** Administrative Support**:

- Attend to office visitors in an effective offering excellent customer services.
- Provide general administrative assistance to the team as needed.
- Assist in coordinating meetings, preparing materials, and handling office-related tasks.
- Processing Expenses -ensuring accuracy and compliance with ISP policies and guidelines and contributing to the overall efficiency of expense reporting.

- Proven experience in administrative roles with a focus on travel coordination and event planning.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in using travel booking systems and event planning tools.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Familiarity with budgeting and expense management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and knowledgeable in overall office digital systems.
