Job Title: Property Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled Property Officer to join our team at Stratford District Council.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the management of our property portfolio, including lease monitoring, administration, and legal matters affecting council properties.

This role involves overseeing the operation and management of the Building Facilities Maintenance Contract. The position is full-time (40 hours per week) and located at Miranda Street, Stratford. Flexible working arrangements may be available in the future.

About You:

  • We require a qualification in a related field, preferably with experience in managing and maintaining a property portfolio.
  • A background in the farming industry would be beneficial.

Your skills should include excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as exceptional report writing abilities.

Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum (dependent on qualifications and experience)

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the Council's property portfolio, including leases, administration, and legal matters.
  2. Oversee the operation and management of the Building Facilities Maintenance Contract.

Requirements:

  • Qualification in a related field.
  • Experience in managing and maintaining a property portfolio.
