Council Assets Officer

Taituarā is recruiting for a Council Assets Officer to join our team in Stratford. As a key member of our operations team, you'll play a crucial role in the management of our property portfolio.
Your responsibilities will include the monitoring and management of leases, administration, and legal matters affecting our properties. You'll also be involved in overseeing the operation and management of the Building Facilities Maintenance Contract.
This position requires strong communication and customer service skills, as well as excellent report writing abilities.
We anticipate the salary for this role to be approximately $85,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location.
To succeed in this role, you'll need a qualification in a related field and experience in the management and maintenance of a property portfolio.
