About the Job

Taituarā is seeking a highly skilled Asset Management Specialist to manage its property portfolio. The successful candidate will oversee the management of our property assets, ensuring that they are maintained and operated efficiently. This role involves lease monitoring, administration, and legal matters affecting council properties.

The ideal candidate will have a qualification in a related field, preferably with experience in managing and maintaining a property portfolio. A background in the farming industry would be beneficial. Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential, as well as exceptional report writing abilities.

The Key Responsibilities include:
  • Manage the Council's property portfolio, including leases, administration, and legal matters.
  • Oversee the operation and management of the Building Facilities Maintenance Contract.

Salary Range: $65,000 - $85,000 per annum
