Heavy Industry Asset Management Expert

Austin Fraser, a leading industrial firm based in Stratford-upon-Avon, seeks a seasoned Heavy Industry Asset Management Expert. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in heavy industrial construction, asset management, and logistics, with expertise in jacking and skidding equipment, mobile cranes, and project execution.

Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will collaborate closely with Project Managers to execute projects efficiently and effectively, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards. Key tasks involve route planning for heavy load transportation, developing technical documentation, communicating with customers, and overseeing multiple projects.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 18 months of relevant experience in heavy industrial construction in the UK
  • Valid UK driver's license
  • Project Engineering qualification - Degree level
  • Extensive experience with jacking and skidding equipment and mobile cranes
  • Background in civils or construction industry
  • Proficiency in IT, including software systems like CAD and Microsoft Excel
  • IOSH certification
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Experience in haulage and heavy load transportation/logistics
Our Offer:
  • Salary: £42,000 - £52,000
  • Office hours: Monday - Friday, 08:00 - 18:00
