Child and Adolescent Welfare Officer

Our Family Adolescent Support Team (FAST) provides high-quality support to vulnerable teenagers across Warwickshire. We are committed to ensuring the well-being and safety of our young people, and we are looking for a dedicated Child and Adolescent Welfare Officer to join our team.
The successful candidate will work collaboratively with multi-agency professionals, including police, safer neighborhood teams, youth workers, and education services. They will be responsible for developing and implementing effective support plans, providing expert advice and guidance, and promoting a safe and supportive environment.
